Goodbye 2022, hello 2023! Now that the holiday season is over, everyone is setting their goals and resolutions for the new year. Have you been thinking about what you want to accomplish this year?
We are tired of the same New Year’s resolutions that end up getting swept under the rug. We want to encourage people to change up their goals from the typical lose weight and workout. What if we set attainable goals that can be done on a daily basis to improve your quality of life? The idea is to focus on what makes YOU feel good and what makes YOU happy.
Daily goals could be to drink 60 oz of water every day, take 10,000 steps a day, try a new product or look, spend more time with your family, the list can go on and on. Meeting a goal daily or weekly is more satisfying and encouraging than having to wait all year to feel the satisfaction of accomplishing our goals. By setting smaller goals, it gives us the motivation to achieve bigger goals!
We’re not saying you have to ditch your big New Year’s resolutions, but add in smaller goals along the way. Even little wins help keep our spirits high and on the right track. What is a small goal or win to one person may be a big accomplishment for someone else. Celebrate all of your accomplishments and crush your goals in 2023!
